Ah. The Wiki page for the Mt. McLargeHuge Quest says that all the text is different when you visit the Trapper as Ed. QuestManager.handleTrapperChange needs to recognize the Ed messages.

Since this is obviously "New Content", rather than a "Bug", I'm going to merge this into the existing thread where people report stuff that KoLmafia needs to do to handle the new path.

Can we get a counter for the secret council warehouse? Each successful map / inventory pair used is +8 explorations, and each won combat is +1 (todo: check if this also applies to lost combats and wandering monsters). After 39 explorations, the next adventure will be the Macguffin.

edit: some data; I also have my own data points that agree (most importantly, 3 pairs of items used, 15 combats; did not use a map right before getting macguffin).

Maybe it's 40, counting the first turn as +1. Either way not super important.

edit: I misremembered 38. Guess it was 39ish.

NEWSKILL3_PATTERN does recognise it, so I'm guessing it's related to the handling of node parsing in Fight Request, which I never have got my head around.
 
Mafia doesn't currently recognize the +5 servant level bonus for Purr of the Feline (eg. with Purr active, Mafia's sidepane shows my servant at level 9, but the relay browser sidepane shows him at level 14).
 
2) Purr of the Feline is effectively "Servant Level: +5". Sort of like the various items/effects/skills in Axecore that are "Minstrel Level: +X". When you look at your servants in the Servants' Quarters, you see their real level & experience, but in the charpane, it shows the boosted-by-five level.

We should probably support this the same way we support Minstrel Level, even though the Effect description says "Makes Ed's Servants Stronger" rather than "Servant Level: +5". I am actually surprised the description isn't more informative; it's sort of like those old-style effects that were intentionally vague.

I can confirm that in a non-Ed run, when I click on the ancient pyramid with all the required pieces, it does NOT automatically make me the (old) Staff of Ed.

Mummified fig claims to give 12 adv. per spleen according to KoLmafia but 3 is a more reasonable value based on the wiki and my limited testing. Apologies if this has already been noted. The search-fu is not strong in this one today.

I'd guess that the adventure yields for the fig and loaf of bread are reversed.

Hopefully one of the bits I've not yet made work with itemId in preference to itemName. This sort of weirdness is why I'm chasing it down. Probably not massively valuable, but once KoL starts using a thing like duplicate names for effect, chances are it'll continue . . .
