missingManuel.ash - Yet Another Manuel Script!

I ran this script for a first time in a while and in the results, I see this:

fake Baiowulf {3}
fake infinite meat bug {3}
fake Hypnotist of Hey Deze {3}
fake crazy bastard {3}
fake hockey elemental {3}
fake Count Bakula {3}

The KoLmafia commit that added these says that they do have Manuel entries, but they're not on the wiki. The monsters are NOCOPY and were one-time encounters in 2006, before the Manuel existed. Are these attainable, and if so, how?

The comment says this:

fake ultrarares have manuel, they are also identified as fake in manuel. Their name is changed in combat removing the fake prefix"

There are also unwishable-yet-unknown monsters with factoids. And unwishable-and-debatably-known monsters.
Like, as you mention, the clocktopus. Or the fake baiowulf.
