What option do I have mis-set that would cause Urkel to be shrugged?

From the CLI.

Shrugging off your buff...
Ode to Booze removed.

Shrugging off your buff...
Ur-Kel's Aria of Annoyance removed.

Too many possibilities to mention. A mistake I made not long ago was setting an AT buff to trigger on "when effect is gained" instead of "when effect is lost" and didn't notice that the default option was to shrug it. :eek:
 
Switching to a different mood will cause buffs to be shrugged if there wouldn't otherwise be enough song slots available, could that be it?

I am leaning towards this, but not 100% sure.

Makes sense and will check from this perspective.
