Bug - Fixed Maximizer attempts to equip more than one set of bone spurs

Bone spurs are a maximum of 1 at a time, but maximizer attempts to equip more if available.

I have 2 bone spurs. On Maximize ML from the gCLI

Wielding rave whistle...
Equipment changed.
Holding vinyl shield...
Equipment changed.
Putting on buoybottoms...
Equipment changed.
Putting on bone spurs...
Equipment changed.
Putting on bone spurs...
You may only equip one of those at a time.

From the Maximize tab, it also suggests 2 bone spurs.

They were not marked "single equip" when they were first released, and hence did not get so-marked in modifiers.txt.
