I'm willing to reconsider making the "couldn't maintain a mood" warning clickable to continue anyway.

Could you please do this ? I would appreciate it much.

I ran into difficulties starting a softcore ascension yesterday, where I usually enable my mood then let my npzr generate the meat and/or mp to support it. I wasn't able to adventure at all until making my mood apathetic.
