New Content - Implemented Heavy Rains

Russian Ice is restricted (probably due to being from a recipe coming from the april shower) but Mafia doesn't classify it as such.
 
Shouldn't it be filtered from the booze manager somehow then? If I open the Item manager and switch to the booze tab, Russian Ice shows up normally. So yesterday when I was checking for a 1-drunkenness filler booze, Russian Ice was the best adventure wise so I queued it along with some other drinks. It ended up creating the item as well.
 
Rainy Day doesn't have it's appropriate effect associated with it (i.e. The Rain in Loathing)

Rain Man unequips all your equipment. We don't recognise this and change gear manager, and we think we have obtained the items worn.
 
I'm marking this implemented although I'm adding a Heavy Rains related feature request over HERE.

I added that feature request outside of this thread since it isn't necessary, but it would be very nice. Please at least consider it before the next point release.
