Exiting Ronin in a Standard run, old skills still show as "You don't have that skill"

When exiting Ronin during a Standard softcore run, your Standard restriction lifts and you get access to your old skills again. However, when I attempt to use a skill, I get a Mafia error "You don't have access to this skill", until I relog. Only seems to happen while running Mafia.

This is still going on. I'm having the exact same problem. Currently on R20745.

I had this happen recently with Acquire Rhinestones after the Fortune Teller went out of Standard but "returned" because the character was out of Ronin.
