I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but fleetwood mac 'n' cheese (and maybe others) need to be added to the nonoodles blacklist in order to get the Spaghettiose trophy (10 days of Carboloading).

It now gives +10% meat, +10% items, and +10% init (not sure about the +spell damage), according to this kolspading thread.

Now is probably a good time to mention a far easier solution is to just wear something that gives +1 HP regen. You can be beaten up and still mine, you just need at least 1 HP.
