I started a KoLmafia session on day of my You, Robot run. Initially, it was unable to detect my CPU upgrades: it wouldn't let me use potions and thought I was missing the +2 all resistances. Looking at the upgrades available for purchase via the relay browser didn't change this. However, when I purchased a new upgrade, it was then able to detect the previously-purchased ones. However, when I then did a "refresh all", it went back to not detecting them.

I had a test for that, but it turns out it wasn't testing the actual control flow of visiting the Reassembly Station and looking at the CPU upgrades.
