Bug - Fixed "You challenged null and lost the PvP fight"

Very minor bug. If you are in HC/ronin and do the CLI command to fight pvp and steal loot you get a message like

> pvp loot

Use all remaining PVP attacks to steal loot via best stat
Attack 1 of 18
You challenged null and lost the PvP fight
Attack 2 of 18
You challenged null and lost the PvP fight
Attack 3 of 18
You challenged null and lost the PvP fight
Attack 4 of 18
You challenged null and lost the PvP fight
Attack 5 of 18
You challenged null and lost the PvP fight
...

It took me a minute to figure out that this is because you can't steal loot. Perhaps an error should show up instead of this curious behavior?

13554 won't try to attack for loot when you are in-run. There's also a generic check now to see if a fight failed, which should abort after the first attempt for any other unforeseen issues.
