I'm doing a Way of the Surprising Fist run and reached the point where access to the zeppelin is necessary. In this path, forged identification documents are not accessible, but Mafia does the warning whenever I try to adventure in the zone.
Clicking on the ticket on the right gives me the text which normally begins the fight, however clicking the button does nothing:

While I recognize that it is not a "bug" in the strictest definition of the word, it is still undesired behavior because it will present the warning each time the zone must be adventured in. This is occurring in the most recent build of mafia afaik (20805). The warning could possibly be disabled if the current path is the Way of the Surprising Fist.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Begin Way of the Surprising Fist
2. Level up to the quest for the Holy MacGuffin
3. Attempt to adventure in the Red Zepellin
