Vanishing tips in non-combat adventures

I regularly pull to make sure I'm up-to-date (currently on 28949).

I'm probably just missing the correct key-word as I've searched.

What can I do when running kolmafia and it stops displaying the tips in non-combat adventures?

It happens infrequently, but when it happens it stops for all non-combat adventures--I've tested in multiple locations.

I received help via github.

For anyone else that runs into this problem:

> set relayShowSpoilers

false

> set relayShowSpoilers=true

> set relayShowSpoilers

true

The above shows how to check, and update, the setting.

I have no clue why this setting changed logging into my 2nd PC.

To add, if you use KoLmafia on more than one computer and want the same user experiences (preferences, scripts, etc.) then many files in the KoLmafia directory need to be the same. If you are moving to a new computer and never intend to run KoLmafia on the old one again then you need to copy the directory to the new computer before running KoLmafia for the first time. If you intend to move back and forth between computers then you need to find some way to synchronize the KoLmafia so that changes made on one computer are available on the other. For example, when I was running on multiple Windows computers I used Dropbox to synch the KoLmafia directory between computers.
