Feature Use api.php to retrieve kmails

This is pretty low priority - I opened this feature request mainly because it would be a great exercise for me to play a little bit with JSON.

So zlib's load_kmail is more efficient than mafia's kmail handling? *boggles*

It is. This is pretty much the reason why this FR is very low priority. It might even be possible to add zlib's load_kmail() to Mafia, except with a return value instead of void... Another exercise for me, albeit one that I might keep to myself because it might break scripts
