Bug Updating .EXE causes all prefs to be lost

Didn't know I wasn't on the latest. Will check.

I was on 0.2, so this helped me as well.

jpackage doesn't seem to have any verbosity options.

I checked the docs for v17 and I see it.

--verbose
Enables verbose output.
