Feature - Implemented Update State after Hagnks

17899 appears to fix this. At least for the case of using "pull all" in the CLI, and it shouldn't break any cases that were already working.

I just finished a HC standard run after doing "pull all" from the CLI, mafia's understand of my closet was accurate. : )

A new script I ran turned off autoSatisfyWithCloset, so I still ended up buying stuff I didn't need to buy. : (
