xKiv Active member Sep 23, 2018 #21 Blindly opening chat wihout making sure the player will see it is wrong. That's how you lose (blue) PMs. AFAIR, the game remembers PMs sent to you when you are not in chat (esp. offline), and shows them to you when you open chat.
