Bug - Fixed Unnecessary 2nd purchase of Dramatic Range

Using r8608, with
- no chef-in-the-box
- Dramatic Range already installed in the Kitchen
- in HC (so no mall access)
- Inigo's active (these last two may be irrelevant, but mentioning for completeness)

So the result is that I apparently end up with two Ranges, one in the Kitchen and one in inventory...

I'm in no position to actual test the code until I ascend, which will be a while, but revision 8612 addresses this problem, and I'm going to optimistically mark this "fixed".
