Bug Unable to open KOL in browser from Mafia via "Load In Web Browser" mafia button.

I was able to use this function perfectly yesterday. Today, it's not working on builds that it worked on yesterday. Copying and pasting the link into the web browser itself works, as a bypass. Debug log included. Graphical CLI gives this:

Exception: Error launching Browser: for location http://127.0.0.1:60080/game.php in browser.

So am I. At the time, I was using r29371, which was the latest build for a couple of nights. It just stopped being able to launch the browser from mafia for me. I tried using older versions to check, and those didn't work, either, even though they'd worked prior. I just now updated to r29373 and it's still going on.

That's the puzzling thing. It was working fine one night, and acting up the next, with no changes in setup between working and acting up.

Given the error message "Error launching Browser: for location" I'm assuming it's failing to find the browser. Have you uninstalled Edge? If you go into Default Apps, what's your default for HTTP / HTTPS / HTML?

Yes. No windows updates, no browser updates, no other program updates. Only updates installed between the times was whatever mafia script updates were put out.

I've updated everything after it started happening and it's still going on with the latest build.

"Exception: Error launching Browser" is a system message and not something KoLmafia prints.

So I looked more closely and that is exactly what KoLmafia would print when it catches an IOException when trying "java.awt.Desktop.getDesktop().browse(uri)" when uri displays as http://127.0.0.1:60080/game.php

There are some suggested causes/fixes. One could be a Java version mismatch but I can't explain how that might happen.

A suggested fix that can't hurt is

Clear Cache: Clear the Java cache folder (C:\Users\<user>\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache) and restart the browser.

Clearing the cache just means deleting all of the files there.

No real idea what is going on operating under the assumption that nothing is changing
