As the title suggests, I cannot seem to open the broken program when I try to open it. Any suggestions? I'm using macOS Monterey.

NVM I opening the jar file with JAVA 17
While waiting for a better answer, can you run a jar file directly?
The mac dmg isn't signed so won't work if you don't allow unsigned dmgs (which is almost everyone). Solutions for this are somewhat pending.
