Bug - Fixed "too old" brewery drinks not showing up in Item Manager

I am able to drink the Brewery's daily special, even though it has a "NOTE: This item is too old to use on your current path" warning. (specifically, water purification pills, today) Mafia doesn't appear to realize this, though--it's not showing up at all in the Item Manager.

(I'm in 2CRS, but am not sure that's relevant)
 
Just visited the microbrewery and noticed that this is still occurring: today Russian Ice is being offered, is described as being "too old", but is purchasable (and immediately drank) nonetheless
 
Considering that nobody submitted anything to fix it, I am unsurprised that it still happens.:)
I’ll try to remember to start my next (final) Standard 2019 ascension in a Gnome sign tomorrow.
 
I submitted a patch to skip the Standard check if the Concoction has a price - which is only true for Cafe items.
Revision 19472. Untested.
