Bug - Fixed Time's arrow not throwable at HCers

Throwing time's arrow at <Player>... //IN HC
Requests complete.

The arrow did not get thrown, but no message was given.

What is the responseText from a failed arrow?

It's not hard for me to acquire that answer.
