Looks like that might be all. According to cannonfire40 the green marshmallow being meat pastable was an accident.

The day after the holiday, with r20665, I tried to make the green marshmallow from the KoLmafia item manager and did not see the concoction as creatable. Crafting via the relay browser worked.
