Sourceforge access wierdness - need help

So, I posted this in the WHAM thread but feel that it might get a better chance of a solution in its own thread.

I have, for a while, my be around 2 weeks now, been unable to access Sourceforge with TortoiseSVN to commit changes. MAfia has no trouble downloading updates others do and I can access the site just fine in the browser. However when I try to commit a change to WHAM with TortoiseSVN I get the login-box (one of my attempts at fixing this was to clear the old login data) and then after entering the correct info it says:
Code:
[COLOR=#ff0000]Commit failed (details follow):
could not begin a transaction[/COLOR]

Which is a less than useful error message...

For autoBasement I get another error message (and no login-popup, despite having cleared all saved login info):
Code:
[COLOR=#ff0000]Commit failed (details follow):
POST of '/p/winterbay-mafia/autobasement/code/!svn/me': 403 Forbidden
 ([/COLOR][URL="http://svn.code.sf.net"][COLOR=#ff0000]http://svn.code.sf.net[/COLOR][/URL][COLOR=#ff0000])[/COLOR]

Which admittedly is slightly more useful but I still have no idea what it means and I have no idea why I would get different error message when they are in the same parent folder and it worked just fine when I tried 2 weeks ago...

Thanks, that seems to have solved it. I tried searching on sourceforge for things but that site is horrible to search for help on...
