Mafia recasts 2 effects already removed from mood,
I have also created a new mood entirely twice without those two effects yet they recast.
I've also log in and out of mafia several times.

Those two effects were in previous mood list, already removed and later the mood list was deleted.

No changes, still recasts effect not in mood list.

This may be obvious, but do you have the "Cast buffs not defined in moods during buff balancing" option (Preferences -> General) checked?

Yes sir it was checked

Ok I removed it and they don't recast.
I didn't know about that option at all.
