Coin Masters are now built-in to the Item Creation system. However, they will not override other creation methods for items. As far as I know, only the ten-leaf clover has such a creation method: "using" a disassembled clover.
If you try to "acquire" a ten-leaf clover, it will attempt to create by that method and will then jump right into purchasing from the mall. Before doing that, if acquireUsingCoinmasters is true, it should attempt to get (however many are available) ten-leaf clovers from the hermit.
(however many are awvailable) will be zero in Bad Moon, without the need to go look...
