Feature - Implemented Session log should show what you do in the afterlife

AfterLifeRequest.registerRequest gets to look at everything you do in Valhalla: perm a skill - SC or HC - buy from the deli, buy from the pet store - or change you mind about any of the above and return your tentative purchases for karma. We already track the karma elsewhere, but it would be nice if your purchase decisions got logged appropriately in your session log.

Ditto for reincarnating.
