Bug Server issue: error 431

"access anything" is a little vague but everything I just tried worked as expected.
I'll explain further. I normally use Firefox on my Windows machine to access https://ci.kolmafia.us/job/Kolmafia/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/dist/ and download the jar there. Recently, I got the error on clicking the download link, but refreshing fixed it. Today, I was stuck with the error message even after many refreshes. I also tried the base https://ci.kolmafia.us/ and saw the same issue, so I made the thread.
Trying just now, it seems to be sporadic again. I also tried Chrome, and haven't encountered the problem there.

OK. Again is is not happening for me now with Brave browser on Windows.
I looked into it further and apparently this sort of thing is a known issue (though also a fixed one, so *shrug*). I checked my headers and did see what looked like numerous redundant session cookies, so I deleted all my cookies for the site and haven't encountered the 431 since.
I guess that means the issue is resolved.

The comments say the fixed issue returned this year. I didn't bother to look for a newer ticket about that.
