Bug - Fixed Rolling electric Jack LaLanne roll from the CLI

Filed under bug because this used to work but doesn't any longer. I used to be able to roll and consume an electric Jack LaLanne roll through the CLI by typing in the command:
"make 1 electric Jack LaLanne roll"
But this no longer works. Mafia responds with:
"Verifying ingredients for electric Jack LaLanne roll (1)...
Creating/consuming electric Jack LaLanne roll (1 of 1)..."
But no sushi is consumed.

I have verified this still works with other sushis (specifically today I made an electric eleven oceans roll) and I am able to roll the LaLanne roll manually.

Have you validated that your ingredients are right (refresh inv) as well as fully restarting mafia and validating the issue remains?

Yes. I've repeated the bug over the last few builds (starting with r12225 which was the soonest I could adventure in The Sea this ascension). I have also tried refreshing inventory and status after confirming manually that I had ingredients on hand.

Try revision 12242. I made capitalization matter when I added bento boxes with Mer-kin weaksauce, and I forgot to put the correct capitalization in for the Jack LaLanne roll.
