Bug - Fixed Rolling electric Jack LaLanne roll from the CLI (again)

This had been fixed ( http://kolmafia.us/showthread.php?12712-Rolling-electric-Jack-LaLanne-roll-from-the-CLI ) but doesn't work any longer. I'm no longer able to roll and consume an electric Jack LaLanne roll through the CLI by typing in the command:
"make 1 electric Jack LaLanne roll"

Mafia responds with:
"That item cannot be created." and halts.

I have verified this still works with other sushis (specifically today I made an electric wizened master roll) and I am able to roll the LaLanne roll in the browser. I am also able to make and consume the LaLanne roll from the Item Manager.

To answer Theraze's questions from the previous thread

Have you validated that your ingredients are right (refresh inv) as well as fully restarting mafia and validating the issue remains?
