Feature - Rejected Request--[goals] type monster

I've noticed that setting an action to CCS causes One-Time Auto-Olfact to not fire. It fires for all other actions, but I can understand that there might be reasons beyond my understanding to have it not fire even if it's set to when there's ccs on the line.

So...could we have a monster named [goals]? I understand that I can just set my goal monster between the brackets every time, but it makes for a more flexible and simple solution if I could add a special instruction or 2 for things bearing goal items.

Apologies if there's already some absuredley easy, better-thought-out way to do this that I'm unfamiliar with!

You have to have a "special action" line in your CCS to indicate where the olfaction (or similar action) is to be inserted.

I'm never sure whether to go with Rejected or Implemented when people ask for something that's already in mafia, but I changed it to one of those here.
