New Content - Implemented Recognize use of Jar of Psychoses and resulting Couches in the Campground

When a Jar of psychoses (NPC) is used, it should be removed from inventory and added to get_campground(). Also, when checking campground at logon it should notice if there is a couch so that the appropriate Jar of psychoses is reported by get_campground().

This much happens when you use it through mafia, but not when you use it from the relay browser. I don't know why.

Oh. I've always used it through the relay browser so I had no idea it was half solved. That's really weird. I guess that might count as a bug then. However the second part of the feature wasn't attempted so I won't slap the "bug" label on this thread.

That was one ugly commit message. I fixed it up for the forum post, but I cannot do anything to make it readable anywhere else. (I don't want you thinking that it was okay since the forum post looks good.)
