r27810 - Add OnlyFax fax message handling by @libraryaddict

I requested one fax. I received the "mists" message, the fax and 9 minutes later according to the time stamp, the mists message again.

/trade / crimbo and /events had

/onlyfax had

I did see the mists message in the gCLI after requesting the fax but before receiving it.

Not sure where the problem is but this doesn't seem right.

Also when I first read "The mists have consumed your message." I thought it meant that my message had gone awry and that I would never hear anything about it. I probably read too much fiction where something disappears into the mists and is never heard from again.
