Looks like deleting the nemesis quest script that you have will fix your issues. I don't understand why that error would happen though.

It may not be the script, per se, it may be connected to this issue reported in the Bug Reports forum.
Have you tried unchecking "Update installed SVN projects on login"?
And yes, I was aware that SVN was the cause, I guess you would just run into this issue with other scripts until you deleted all your svn-installed scripts, if you were trying to follow my original advice.

What I did was revert to an earlier version and ran SVN update. Then I ran r18478 and the problem hasn't recurred.
