You removed from defaults.txt:

global    useDecoratedTabs

You removed all usage of the following:

global    innerChatColor    #ffa98c
global    innerTabColor    #8ca9ff
global    outerChatColor    #b4460f
global    outerTabColor    #0f46b4
global    useShinyTabbedChat    true

Although you left them in defaults.txt and OptionsFrame

Since they are no longer used in the codebase, we do not need to be able to configure them.
