Feature - Implemented Preference for April Shower Thoughts Northern Explosion drop force uses?

I don't think Mafia currently tracks if the daily ASTS drop force using Northern Explosion has been used yet. This would be really helpful for autoscend - if anyone's got time to do it. Otherwise one of us can implement it, probably worse.
