New Content - Rejected Patch - commands for Trivial Avocations

Patch attached. This adds the use commands to statuseffects.txt so that kolmafia knows how to acquire the 4 individual Trivial Avocations effects.

You are not guaranteed to get a specific effect from using a card; if you already have three of the effects and use the fourth card, you lose those effects, do not get the specific effect of the fourth card, and, instead, gain the Trivia Master effect.

That is why I intentionally did not include the commands when I added the effects to statuseffects.txt
