According to wiki user Pilomotor there is a new line now on Doing the Maths:

(Note: Limited to 3 uses in Ronin or Hardcore)

Possibly because I tried to cast it four times, I did not gain an additional use after entering aftercore as would be expected. Not sure where the bug lies there.
