Using 9754 (and before that 9751), mafia is not adding any decorations to the charpane. I have a relay override that is being executed (based on CLI output) but not applied. There's no up arrow next to buffs and no refresh link. Compact versus normal charpane doesn't seem to matter.
My topmenu override is being applied properly, so it is likely specific to the charpane.
