Bad monster value: "screambat"

Apparently beating it acts like using a sonar-in-a-biscuit, as well. It's found in the Guano Junction, Batrat and Ratbat Burrow, and the Beanbat Chamber.

Here's a patch that adds the Screambat's data and adds it to the 3 rooms. Also threw in the Hippo Ballerina's CoT info for modifiers.
