New Content Monster Manuel updates

Ran missing manuel today and it yielded the following:

Manuel says that 'The Maety Bonerdagon' (2514) has article 'The ', but KoLmafia says it is 'The'
Manuel says that 'The Manwich' (2520) has unrecognized image 'themanwich.gif'

I also get

Monster #269 has name 'angry piñata' but Manuel calls it 'angry piñata'

which seems silly to me, since they appear to match. It might be an encoding thing.

I looked at it and decided it was an encoding thing, I looked at the code and felt like the fix I was thinking of was too kludgy and might have side effects. I then wondered about a test that might give me confidence in my change. They I realized the existing test runs against a Manuel with no data. I realized I wanted a test that loaded Manuel data first and then got distracted by the Archeologist's Spade and I noticed some squirrels in the yard...

The Maety Bonerdagon and angry piñata are still flagged. I thought #3480 was expected to fix Maety but it doesn't seem to.

I looked at it a bit and there are two whitespace after "The" in the HTML but the obvious fix is not working. I wonder if the RegEx needs to be adjusted?
