Bug - Fixed Miscounting Adventures

Seen in 9756 and 9762

There may be 2 issues here that are related.

Issue #1
KoLmafia seems to be miscounting at least some noncombats. It seems to be random as it miscounts even the same noncombat.

So it properly logged the first noncom, but the second one did not take up an adventure. I have many more instances since mafia used an extra 50+ adventures today.

Issue #2
Charpane refresh in relay browser is lagged and more often than not does not update after an adventure. I have seen KoLmafia's GUI report a wrong figure for adventures remaining. This was fixed by clicking the refresh button in the GUI.

Both of those were problems fixed by 9759... Are you sure both of those problems were still happening with 9762?

Looks like I was running 9756 even though I had just pulled 9762. Definitely did not see this behavior in 9762 just now, running my multi.
