Feature Maximise Verbosity

This is roughly the umpteenth pvp season that has included a verbosity mini. I already use a simple script to equip my available gear with min/max verbosity, but it would be cooler if the modifier maximiser could attach a weight to it instead. Then I could maximize for "verbosity; 0.5 initiative" or whatever, to find a balance between name length and any other modifiers I so desired.

We've now had maximise and minimise, and TPTB have indicated that minis will be likely to return if they are good ones, and these are, as they involve balance with other ones.
