Bug - Cannot Reproduce Mafia can't find "sweat out"

also now having problems with cinch.
Could not find a known, usable skill of yours uniquely matching "1 Cincho: Party Soundtrack"

going to the skills page and manually casting worked fine.
 
Looking back at the dates of the posts in this thread, both times, Cincho didn't work 4 days after Sweat Out didn't work. May 28-June 1 and September 23-27. The two instances are separated by 118 days. Is there something that runs on a cycle of 118 days?
 
I suspect this is actually the same issue as in https://kolmafia.us/threads/mafia-l...ment-can-be-used-for-cheat-code-skills.31151/

Can someone with sweatpants check the following:

1. Unequip the sweatpants and restart mafia completely
2. Verify that skill sweat out works correctly as expected
3. In the relay browser, open your inventory and hover over the icon for designer sweatpants until the tooltip loads
4. Check if skill sweat out now fails

(Alternatively someone with Cincho can check with one of the Cincho noncombat skills.)

edit: As of r28728, I expect this to no longer be an issue, but folks can still test if they want.
