Bug - Fixed Mad Hatrack Fam Items do not update on acquiring new hats

Not sure if this is already known but I'm doing a 100% hatrack run and having to equip new hats from the relay browser has become an annoyance. They show fine in item manager but not in the fam item dropdown unless I restart mafia.

Why do people keep saying "I have to restart mafia" to get it to recognize new items in the Gear Changer? I have seen that again and again and again, and every time, we tell them to hit the "refresh" button on the Item Manager to refresh inventory, but I keep seeing the same complaint.

Awww, having a bad day? Mafia is awesome and I really can't imagine playing KOL without it and yes I do know about the refresh button in item manager. My fault for not mentioning that it doesn't fix the issue. Sorry. For the sake of completeness, once I equip a hat from the relay browser, it does show in the dropdown.
