There is no Java support on the iPhone, so it would be somewhere between difficult and impossible.

Google is my friend. A bit of googling tells me that it is possible, although not simple:

Also it is not impossible to install java on an iPhone, though it does take a bit of work:

It's a shame that Jobs is set against allowing Sun to provide java for the iPhone.

If mafia were to be ported over to a mobile platform, I'd guess android would be first. At least the code is written in java, even though it doesn't use the usual J2SE or J2EE playforms
