keyboard shortcuts for menu access?

Just curious, is there a way to access the menu in kolmafia via keyboard shortcuts in the event of a mouse failure to safely log out of KoL and mafia? I would assume that such a way would be universal to windows and Linux, but I am using Linux if that matters for this question.

Also, I know that there are a number of gCLI commands that have been implemented recently and previously, is there a current and easy to read listing of these things?
