I run with the item manager not as a tab.
I use "Add creation queuing to item manager" from Preferences/Look & Feel.
Open Item Manager
Select Usable/Booze
Find iced-plum wine in the enqueue (lower) panel
It is EPIC, so is colored purple (#8a2be2)
Select it and "enqueue" some quantity.
That many are now in the dequeue (upper) panel.
They are purple.
Hit "cast ode".
The controls of the frame grey out while the request is made. They are "disabled".
So do the items in the panels.
When the request completes, the controls are again "enabled".
The items in the enqueue (lower) panel go back to displaying their "quality" colors.
The items in the dequeue (upper) panel remain grey.
Select the (grey) queued iced plum wine in the dequeue panel.
Hit "undo".
It is removed from that panel and the available amount in the enqueue panel increases.
Select iced plum wine and "enqueue" it.
It appears in the dequeue panel - and is grey, not purple.
Close Item Manager.
Open Item Manager.
The iced plum wine is still queued - but it is purple again, not grey.
