Bug - Fixed invisibility potions show up in maximizer in HC

Repro:
In a hardcore run. No NPZR sets in inventory.
maximizer dialog: -combat

Result
"invisibility potion" shows up in the list.

Expected
does not show up, since it is not available

Note
It just says "invisibility potion", as opposed to "use 1 invisibility potion" or "acquire & use 1 invisibility potion"
