Bug - Not A Bug Hyphenated name causes GUID-based SVN folder

Winterbay's SourceForge name has a hyphen. All 3 of his projects have GUID-based names. This is with 12187.

Has nothing to do with the hyphen, it has to do with the project layout, and it was already addressed in r12189.

Ah, sorry. Looked at the various bugs noted as fixed, and since all of his did that, it seemed to be something related to the name, not the projects. I'll try to update to latest next time before reporting on SVN stuff, even when the updates look unrelated.
