How to make mafia requip stickers on a scratch n sniff sword

I want mafia to reequip stickers on a scratch n sniff sword. I have the option for broken items to equip previous but that is not doing it.
 
In your mood, add an unconditional trigger: stickers UPC, UPC, UPC (or whatever kind of stickers you want.)
Mafia will only redo the stickers when they actually fall off.
